I spent $330 not intentional but online it showed I was going to get 2 boxes for my instore pick up. I was gonna make one a gift my store only gave me 1 that is the same box that when I ordered that $65 box they tried to tell me that was its replacement and was going to give me that box for $65 and I learned it's $45 I think my Pandora here be cheating people that or they cheat my kind of people I hate to say that but something's not right with that store depending on when I go in there they don't even put my order together in time they will wait for days instead of the 2 or 4 hour Period to put my order together.

Online or in store, if anyone a sales associate or manager in that particular store tells, or sells you something different. I would highly recommend you contact Pandora cooperate office the number should be on their website. Because that's definitely not right, with my experience few years back with a manager I made a phone call to them, and I can assure you I was more than satisfied with their response 💕💗💕💗💕
I got the monsters inc door than a a few days later I got an online order with some last yr halloween stuff and 2 free boxes I ordered that stuff online as a new card holder. The order came was packed horribly 2 items fell out the box they sent the replacements I gave a box to my sister. Cool than I got clips the studded ones than I got the halloween drop for this yr the mickey and minnie pumpkin and skull they both glow in the dark. I wish the clips and safety chain options were a little better. Pandoa knows what they are doing i was on a wait list for the halloween glow pumpkin to be back in stock where they than mentioned the skull the associate SHOWED me the disney new pumpkin but I couldn't buy it but it was avaliable for purchase online the next day. It sold out so I ordered for store pickup and they had to get permission to sell it to me even though the purchase was already made I guess franchise goes by different rules. They don't even allow me to swap sizes on items if I ordered something online I drive 25mins to a different location

When you make purchases online especially for new items that hasn't been released yet to the public they indeed need too get permission, because the items aren't for sale yet where as thou online sometimes by mistake or purposely they are shown with the option to purchase 🤷♀️🤦♀️. They definitely due some strategic marketing no doubt about that as well as alittle Bamboozle but I've always had awesome customer service. I'm SICK I'd like to return and repurchase or just create a new order.

When I used to thou I would always look for the hallmarks, font shape and size and the metal. I spent $330 not intentional but online it showed I was going to get 2 boxes for my instore pick up. I was gonna make one a gift my store only gave me 1 that is the same box that when I ordered that $65 box they tried to tell me that was its replacement and was going to give me that box for $65 and I learned it's $45 I think my Pandora here be cheating people that or they cheat my kind of people I hate to say that but something's not right with that store depending on when I go in there they don't even put my order together in time they will wait for days instead of the 2 or 4 hour Period to put my order together.

Online or in store, if anyone a sales associate or manager in that particular store tells, or sells you something different. I would highly recommend you contact Pandora cooperate office the number should be on their website. Because that's definitely not right, with my experience few years back with a manager I made a phone call to them, and I can assure you I was more than satisfied with their response 💕💗💕💗💕
I got the monsters inc door than a a few days later I got an online order with some last yr halloween stuff and 2 free boxes I ordered that stuff online as a new card holder. The order came was packed horribly 2 items fell out the box they sent the replacements I gave a box to my sister. Cool than I got clips the studded ones than I got the halloween drop for this yr the mickey and minnie pumpkin and skull they both glow in the dark. I wish the clips and safety chain options were a little better. Pandoa knows what they are doing i was on a wait list for the halloween glow pumpkin to be back in stock where they than mentioned the skull the associate SHOWED me the disney new pumpkin but I couldn't buy it but it was avaliable for purchase online the next day. It sold out so I ordered for store pickup and they had to get permission to sell it to me even though the purchase was already made I guess franchise goes by different rules. They don't even allow me to swap sizes on items if I ordered something online I drive 25mins to a different location

When you make purchases online especially for new items that hasn't been released yet to the public they indeed need too get permission, because the items aren't for sale yet where as thou online sometimes by mistake or purposely they are shown with the option to purchase 🤷♀️🤦♀️.
They definitely due some strategic marketing no doubt about that as well as alittle Bamboozle but I've always had awesome customer service.

So I got that charm as well as the new halloween glow skull and the studded clips on Saturday separate purchase NOW there is a promo for a free bracelet with purchase of $130 or more!! I'm SICK I'd like to return and repurchase or just create a new order.
