F-15E and F-15I should be a new tier, I went to a 1x1 with my F-16AM and I didn't had a chance, since the F-15E can just outrun my AIM-120 and obviously didn't came close enough to a dogfight, just stayed high, flying in the speed of light and waiting for the time to shot me down.
You can easily defeat a Strike Eagel by using terrain demasing. F-16C is pretty good at it, has insane thrust to weight too. Or you can use ER in a Flanker to outrange the F-15 in BVR.

Against an f15e a flanker will be 3.-.6 Mach slower and 2-4km lower at the least, the launch parameters for the amraam will be much better, it will reach you first especially as you have to stay pointed at the f15. Where the f15e sees the missile get within 16km (it will definitely get there at about the same time as the ER if not sooner) they go defensive and you lost.

Addidionally when firering on 40 km plus my missile is well in range because he is on Mach 1.8 and my missile accels to Mach 5. ER is also bot beatable by 90 Degree chaffing. His Amraam can´t hit me on that range. I Also can go into the mountains and hide he can´t his plane is just to bulky to play the mountain game. I also got ET to fool him. And ET got Mach 5 aswell☠ And within 15 Km/h my R-77 outperforms his Amraam. Only advantage F-15 has is it´s meta and so easier to play for Noobs.
@ not saying a flanker is defenseless, you’re definitely a skilled pilot who knows how to use it and perform. But if you went up against an equivalent f15e pilot the flanker is just inferior, turns worse, slower, “worse” missile kit. The f15 controls the engagement from the get go, good luck multipathing and firing up at an f15e hanging out at 9km altitude with you in tws and actually hitting the target. I also got a 45km amraam kill just recently today, Mach 1.9 9.5km altitude su27 tried pushing me, threw an amraam from 50km and another at 45, the second one hit him as he tried to guide in what I assume to be an ER.
To me, it’s crazy how well a simple gameplay with this aircraft results in such easy kills, but it’s even more intimidating to see it in the hands of skilled players like in this video
I like your videos and how you play. I really use you as a tutorial. I'm having a lot of trouble playing the F-15E. I try to get up to 7000m and use them but a lot of things happen to me. Like I launch the missile well but it fails, it loses lock, at 8km the missile loses lock or simply after 3 seconds the missile turns off its engine and starts to fall and never reaches its target. I don't even know at what distance to shoot the Amraams anymore. It's very frustrating. Right now I just try to fly as low as possible and use the 120b as if they were short range missiles.

@@taw1095 The Mavericks were nerfed against helicopters. I'm not sure if they are still usable against helis, but I can definitely try playing as CAS! :D

Any advice on how to replicate your evading of aim120s or their equivalents? After taking a good amount of time away from top tier and flying good ol' props I find myself dying so often that I'm unsure where I'm going wrong. If Karma or anyone could provide some useful info I'd appreciate it! Cheers all
Can you do gameplay and guide with a stock plane? So that we know what to do. Simulate stock plane experience by removing current modifications. It's really difficult to figure out what to do when you have no chaff and only a couple missiles

@marshall-yo5ho Yeah but it is likely gonna be added, it's just a matter of when, mostly right now that there is the F15E which 100% broke the top tier with its high altitude and above mach 2 speed gameplay. There are many Mig31 variant, they could add an early Mig31 having just R77 or R77-1 next year and in the future one of the latest multirole variant, which can even carry the R37M.
haven’t checked if there’s any difference between the A and the B in the game, but I have the impression that B is much better than A. It might just be the radar, because the APG-70 is also a beast

Noob question here. I play on PS5. Can I have separate controls for Chaff and Flare as you seem to have?
I don't know about controllers, but if it's keyboard and mouse, you can have the same settings as any PC player

It really is about playing like a rat and getting what matters, which in this case are the chaffs. After that, you can manage quite easily

Many vehicles go through the passed to developers, not many get through, so I wouldn't hold my breath

What's the difference between the aim120a to the aim120b?
In the game there are none. IRL some electronics changes and some other minor other things to make production easier if I read correctly.
