- I've got to do more of these antagonist group songs, they're just so much fun to throw together. You've got to wonder what all these guys do in their free time when they're not terrorizing Ponyville. I went a bit crazy with the scene transitioning here, but I think it worked out alright.
And don't worry, I'm not skipping the reprise of When Will my Life Begin. There's just something wrong with the copy I have. Trying to find a working one...
I do not own My Little Pony or Disney, but I do have the Chicken Key. Now all I need is the Red Eye Tablet, the other half of this Rusty Winch, and to solve the Hexagonal Block Puzzle, and I can finally get to the fax room. Sigh... I need to find a better place to work than Umbrella Corp...

Believe it or not, that's actually part of the song! The camera cuts outside to show Momma Gothal walking up to the tavern and you can still hear the song happening inside.

There's something about this song that I just really love. I mean of all of them this is the one that I want to keep listening to repeatedly. I think its because its got a bunch of the endearing qualities of a good villain song without actually being a villain song. the idea of seemly one dimensional band of miscreants suddenly showing that "yes we can be bad... but we can also be awesome...through song". And it REALLY works with MLP's minor villains. Loved every second of this video.

I feel the whole Cadence-Chrysalis-Shining Armor thing would also work, with Cadence playing Rapunzel, Chrysalis playing Gothel, and Shining Armor playing Flynn. I know not many people have of thought doing this before, but it works because both Gothel and Chrysalis get the male lover to play the victim to get further ahead in their plan.

So much awesome! It all fit in really well, especially when Spiked played with the "unicorn toys". And was that a Cupcakes reference? You, my friend, are just great. XD
A pretty small problem I have is that I TOTALLY saw RD as Flynn. And she seems to get nearly every male part recently, with a few exceptions. While they are compatible, maybe I'm just tired of seeing Rainbow as the male counterpart of the female leads in these? I'm not going to be bothered with this too much, I'm just saying...

Yes, I have no idea who else could be Flynn, and...yeah, I totally get what you're saying about nearly every Disney male lead being the same. That always bugged me, too, whenever I saw Disney movies. Like I said, it's not going to bother me too much--I just wanted to point it out. Explanation greatly appreciated! ^^

I thought Spike as Vladimir would have collected Rarity. The ceramic unicorns look like her kissing a mirror, which human-Rarity did.

OK, this argument is mostly for the Disney princes, I will admit. Disney spends a lot more time on the heroines than it does the heroes. Look at the list you have there; aren't most of them bland or boring? As for Adam (Beast), yes he was cool as the Beast, but as soon as he turned back into a human, he was just like all the rest.
also, the lip syncing is absolutely perfect. good job!
My favorite song of the movie! Again, good casting and surprisingly fitting clips (Pinkamena and cupcakes i c wut u did thar), but why count Zecora as a villian?

This was wonderful, but there would have been one cut I'd have done differently. Where Rapunzel sings 'I just want to see the glowing lanterns gleam, I'd have put a long shot of Canterlot with the fireworks in the sky, probbaly from 'The Best Night Ever' since that's evening, and would fit better. But I loved how you fitted all the different dreams for MLP characters.
Aha! I guess I've just been listening to the album version for so long I'd forgotten it does that in the movie. That would also explain the Rarity clip.

I dunno, Fluttershy fits the "shy and awkward" thing, Twilight fits the "awkward but pretty smart" thing, Pinkie... doesn't really fit at all. Rapunzel's not THAT eccentric.

The part with Chrysalis was the best.
Aside from three, EVERY SINGLE MALE LEAD in a Disney movie is the same person! Those three are Aladdin, who is Rainbow ANYWAY; Quasimodo, who is about as opposite Rainbow as you can get; and Kuzco, who is Pinkie.
Because I base these on personality, of course I'm going to use the same one over and over. None of them behave any differently. I'm trying my best to mix things up so that I can have different pairings, but can you seriously tell me anyone else could be Flynn?

Yeah, I'm a little tired of Prince Dash too. I get that Disney spends more time on the princesses than the prince, and maybe you're poking fun at the "ship everything with Dash" trope a bit too, but I just get so tiiiiiired of her cyan and rainbow butt cutting in on EVERYTHING. I mean jeez Dashie, I know you like being the center of attention, but this is a bit much. ;P

Well, that's probably true if you stick to the "princess movies", but...
Pinocchio and Arthur are more Apple Bloom than Dash.
There's the guy from Atlantis, who's totally Twilight.
The guy from Mulan is more AJ or Twi.
Beast isn't Dash at all, but you did use Fluttershy for that.
Bernard from the Rescuers is actually kind of Fluttershy-ish, though I know he doesn't sing.
Oliver is more Scootaloo than Dash. And he's orange. ^^
Mowgli would probably be one of the CMCs... I guess...
I know this is way late, but Spike is totally Mowgli. Mowgli was a human raised by wolves while Spike was a baby dragon raised by ponies. So yeah they have the whole being raised by a different species in common. So I say Spike would be perfect as Mowgli.
