You must own the Borderlands 3 game atleast for the version I redeemed! I think there are also some codes that give you both so you dont need to own it. I'd try to redeem it anyways since it wont let you if you dont own it, so just try and redeem it and then if you get an error buy the game and try again.

Typical slow 10 year old u can redeem it if you didn’t know u can buy codes for many skins,packs, ect on eneba I got code for this many years ago for 30$ now the skin is extremely expensive glad I got it in 2021 for 30$
Imagine spending $600 and the skin comes back in 2025 with the new Borderlands 4 game and people can buy it for $20 💀💀
