Speaking of that, last week I made barbecued chicken broccoli heads with carrots and gnocchi. Mix constantly or the gnocchi will stick to the wok. The family loved it. This past Monday, we had our Thanksgiving dinner. We gave thanks to our health and delicious meals. Although we had a turkey meal, we talked a lot about upcoming Chinese dishes. Thank you Chef, for assisting me how you prepare your meals at home. Tomorrow, I'll be making chicken broccoli stems with mushrooms and carrots in hoisin and barbecue sauces. I love to wok a lot. If i donot have chicken stock can i use chicken broth
They are the same. Some people called them broth while other called them stock. Thanks for asking.
