I have done 55k kms on my 2017 dominar 400.. This bike is perfect for Indian roads.. I did offroad of almost 55 kms and trust me it didnt disappoint me. I did solo ladakh trip on it and I got NO problem from it.. It is reliable sports tourer..

As a 2017 white Dominar owner, I feel that it is a really all-rounded motorcycle. Once one gets used to the weight in the city, the rest is effortless. I generally keep the speeds within 120 and a week back I received a mileage of 32kmpl as it was mostly highways and straight roads. Lowest i have received is 24 when I was very heavy handed on the throttle. 27000km done. MRF ran till 16000 using Apollo since and performance is great. A very good and raw explanation about Dominar 400.

I clocked 68K by now, 3rd set of tyres, 1st sprocket nd right front shock rod got changed last month. This bike of mine 2017 model worth every penny you pay. Ppl do mistake by comparing it with RE, KTM's bt that's something WRONG.
My d400 turned 3yr this Nov with 50k km. The avg mileage is 30. No major issues. The service cost and parts cost is the cheapest compared to other brands. Due to its heavy weight it is comfortable on highways and it goes smoothly on rough roads. The weight is also a disadvantage in heavy traffic rides.
Hi need an input from you. My Dominar 400 2021 has been giving a strange issue. Very randomly when i try to use the self start the engine fires for half a second and then dies again. This continues for as long as try to start it continuously. I leave the bike for half an hour and try to crank it starts as if nothing happened. Service centre guys are unable to help as they cannot find any error code nor are they able to replicate the issue. Any inputs would be appreciated
Mai bhi 2018 model Dominar own karta hu or abhi tak 30k km chala chuka hu ,,, koi mejor work nahi hua hai,, One Set tyre ,two set chain sprocket,, all plug chnage one time,,2 time change air filter,,or chota mota break shoe uske alwa sirf servise hua hai ,,,or abhi bhi On Highway 32/33 and city me 20/22 ka Mileage deta hai

in 2018, it was for 1.85 lcs. after almost 6 years, what should be the price of a second hand bike. because in second hand market a vehicles looses 30% of its value the moment it leaves the showroom and the average depreciation per year should be 10% per year. so a 2018 dominar in 2024 should come at 85000. but in second hand market, people sell it for almost 1.2 to 1.5lcs.
75k for a 2018 model is an absolute steal. I personally bought a 2017 model with 21k on the odonl for 90k 4 months ago. You should definitely go for it.
Look for clutch plates and shim and crank Valves afcourse. If all come handy its very good deal my brthr. I hope bit shady thou. Get a better mechanic to check it up

It is worth it if u have passion for bike....ownership cost is less compared wht is shown in this video...Keep it maintained it will cost u less use premium engine oil like liqui moly or motul u will get better performance n mileage mine still gives 24kmpl
This review doesn't make sense for people who don't rev their bike like maniacs. I am also a dominar owner and have done 40k kms amand mostly on highway touring. It gives 30+ avg on highway and 28kmpl in city avg traffic. 25kmpl in bumper to bumper traffic. The way you have made expenses on the bike, a smart biker wont be doing

And if l do 100kmph+ it comes to 23-27kmph

I have dominar 400.2018model 53000km driven still it gives between 24-28 kmpl.On highway we drive around 110-130kmph.Stock tyre changed after 24000km.

Change the dust seal 80% it will solve the problem of fork oil leak
