the park is a donation based charity. in town you can rent ice tool for around 30$, boots 25$, and crampons 20$ at various stores. so if you have a rock climbing setup and can set up a top rope belay from above, you are good to go..

Ice toproping is pretty gay. The place is so crowded only city slickers will want to go there, because they like humans on top of their personal space.
