the strumming seems a bit out of rythm. Is this the limitation for ample guitar martin? Even I tried to create the same for husn in ample guitar, But unfortunately I couldn't because I could not program the strumming properly

Ample guitar has plugin delay, you have to offset it -50 ms, sorry I forgot to mention this in video, but it can be done via FL mixer.
