    I would love to see you smoke a lamb shank, then serve it with mint jelly. Not my favorite, but it is definitely an interesting dish. Great video!!

    That isn’t a roasted red pepper nor is that how you make one. Then pulling off the roasted part completely defeated the purpose of it lol. Then you proceeded to just completely destroy the steak on a live flame on the lowest setting…stop cooking, learn what you’re doing first…then come back

Perhaps you missed the part where I tell you I haven't done this before and the purpose of my video is to learn and to share my cooking journey with everyone. I will gladly take comments of criticism like yours but may I suggest offering guidance if you know more about the subject. There are channels out there with more refined chefs if that's what your are looking for. Perhaps search Gordon Ramsey.
