- Chasing Ed (mostly unsuccessfully) round the Golfy. The area, near Innerleithen in Scotland, is a giant natural playground for mountain bikes and the perfect test for trying not to fall off whilst throwing yourself down a (sometimes very steep!) hill. Not everybody manages it, as you'll see...
Trails were:
00:12 Flat White
02:07 Nae Spleens
04:05 Waterworld
07:00 2nd BASE
10:18 Greg Joliffe's
12:02 Repeat Offender (Mid & Lower)
That looks so epic!
I must admit, it's amazing having somewhere like this pretty much on the doorstep. Been there loads and there are still trails I haven't done...
Trailsy nice!
Thats on your doorstep?? Wow, you are one lucky guy, we are going up in may too for a week, cant wait. Subbed.
Well, if 30 miles away counts as your door step I suppose! 😂Definitely worth the journey through, let me know if you need any input when you're up - and thanks for the sub, much appreciated 😊
Cheers, would be great that.
well in man. golfie rules. need to find 2nd base tho!
Cheers bud! Give me a shout for directions if you like, or check out Trailforks - it's dead handy for finding new trails 👍
Looks mega... Heading up in May can't wait
Enjoy - you're guranteed an absolute blast! Give me a shout closer to the time if you want a recommended list of trails to hit 👍
"was that the drop?" Naw, naw it wisnae. Stick to the 9 hole.
Ha! That was the first time I'd been down that trail and umpteen people had warned me about an unrollable drop. Still looking for it! 😂
Aye man, first 30 seconds you feel like a hero. Last half will have you in tears!!
I’m more impressed by the amount of climbing you boys must have done 😭👍 Nice!
Thanks! Not sure how I managed it either - in fact, I might still be recovering... 😂
