Kon Digimortal I would love to have a loner video with Michi-San. His story is amazing. It's just getting him to talk more about it IN FRONT of the camera lol *sigh* shyness
I respect this man immensely. The work and love he's put into this is beyond what I could ever dream of. I hope I can get a good job and own something of this calibre when I graduate
As a motorcycle rider I appreciate his crafty truck. Would love to have one like that to trailer my bikes around. Truly a work of art and a genius. I’ll be interested to see more of him and work.
About a year ago, I saw the white Hakotora through pictures when it was at SEMA in 2015. This inspired me to buy my own Sunny. I went through an import agency and imported a 1984 Sunny Ute from Japan in April 2018. I have had so much fun with this truck, it is unbelievable. I visited 09Racing's website 4 or 5 months ago and was quoted a full Hakotora kit. Between wanting to completely restomod the truck with a never been done before interior, a powerful engine swap and basically rebuilding it from the ground up, there isn't a lot of money left over for the Hakotora kit. I would absolutely love to get the kit, but that will have to wait until another day, sadly. I have such big plans for this truck, and I cannot wait until it is done being built.
Dude I love your stuff and this build is amazing!!! IDK but your vids feel like a documentary on a very strong relationship Man an machine. Simply amazing!
True craftsmanship on a truck thats out of this world... Ive had 2 d21's/hardbodies and one day i will hopefully have the chance to build one of these. Thank you for sharing this
This may sound weird but I have dreamt about this type of car ever since i was a kid riding dirtbikes. I’m 24 years old now and I still ride dirtbikes but the thought of buying a huge pickup truck doesn’t appeal to me at all. Seeing my friends bought a dodge or a ford and lift it up high in the air isn’t my type at all. I like small mini pickup truck that looks cool. I may buy a datsun mini truck and make it look clean with tasteful mods.
Jimbo I know what you mean man. I've always lived around people with big lifted trucks, so I bought a little ford ranger and lowered it hoping it will take my bike to the track someday lol And a Datsun truck would be sick!
I’ve been alive for 38 years and I haven’t found a passion worth following other than shitty vices. This man loves what he does. I wish I could be more like him. Hey brother if you’re listening, stay true. Grace and peace to you.
Tokyo Tuner Keep doing what you do, you're going to grow, and should anyone offer you any business deal don't take it unless it's what you want because there will be 3 more people waiting to make your channel grow
Thank you for that.. Honestly makes me happy to know that people still are into watching the videos I create. Have a lot of videos I still need to catch up on. Just finding the time to get it all done and stay on top of other stuff as lol>.> Guess that's a good problem to have
Dante Ryosuke thank you for watching! I'll trying and find more people like Michi San but he is a truly unique artist. If I can find people with interesting / unique stories to share, you can get I'll find them ^^
SO much love for this build... God knows I'd love my very own "Hakotora".... but to sell your own original Hakosuka to build it.... Jeez.... I don't think I could go that far! Big respect to Michi San for his creativity and resourcefulness though!
This car is very LEGEND, seriously OG!! When I think of beautiful vintage Japanese tin, the Datsun Sunny is admittedly not the first thing that springs to mind. Here’s how to turn that assumption on its head though..
Tokyo Tuner I haven't been to Tatsumi yet. I need to find a way out there. I don't have a car and don't have many friends that go to meets from Yokosuka. Just one or two all the way in Atsugi.
He couldnt afford expensive parts, so he built ones by himself. This man is a living legend.
instaBlaster...
thats japanese philosophy.... And I love it!

Nothing but respect for this man, I really hope he gets more recognition for his work, great video as always.
Maybe he already did get the recognition. We don't know that because we're not from Japan.
Make a longer video about Ogura, for some reason I really want to listen more of his story.
Kon Digimortal I would love to have a loner video with Michi-San. His story is amazing. It's just getting him to talk more about it IN FRONT of the camera lol *sigh* shyness
