Lenny this episode is an example of next level detail that will give you a chance to revisit any past conversation in a completely new way!!! I can imagine something like "the most successful features over the last 10 years" being incredibly helpful and valuable to listeners (including me!! :)) Especially all the mistakes that were made along the way. I get a lot of value (and hope) seeing how messy (or lucky) feature level success can be. It provides hope for those who may not have experienced it before. 600 experiments for example! How many teams are doing 100 or even 50 experiments on a particular feature? It also helps me set proper expectations with the team and leadership. LOVE LOVE LOVE this !
I'm wondering how many people actually learn how to speak a new language through Duolingo. My mother has been consistent in French for 4 years and can't speak anything.
