You're running the 28mm Keihin/ smallest carb Kawasaki put in a 650 on and engine with a high compression head and a very nice upgraded pipe? I would swap in a Mikuni SBN44. Are you going to run an electric bilge pump?
Where did the line you blocked off go on the exhaust?
It goes to the back of the expansion chamber.
