Thanks for another great vid, man! I enjoy your channel a lot. Just recently got a Pelican 1450 with the Nalpak insert to hold 40 knives. Perfect way to keep my collection secure while also holding me to a limit so I don't go too far off the rails! I have a Vaultek LifePod too to store...something else UA-cam doesn't like. Fantastic case as well!
I use a large (non metal) lockable toolbox with folders stored in cotton fabric tool rolls with lots of damp extractors, a necessary precaution in a damp country. The lock prevents grubby mits that generally don't take care of knives getting in there, they have their own cheap knives to abuse. I may get a proper knife storage case when this tool box is full and put the folders in there and the fixed blades, hatchets in the toolbox.
Im using Pelican 1200, much more stuff will come so im thinking adding V200 for more storage, tan colour would be nice. Thanks for the great vid man! Oh one thing, what is your best every day bag to carry?
I use a Harbour freight case that holds a ton of folders. I have like 40 knives but I only like 15 folders so I still have a lot of room left. It’s harder to store fixed blades, any suggestions?
Nah man you're doing the pelican cases all wrong. you can't just slap them in there, you gotta get a nalpak foam set for it or at least pick n pluck. lol I mean might as well put them in a tupperware container if you're just going to lay them out like that unprotected
