@@Pandbswideworldofports I probably would have ventured more, but had extended family including kids along. Of course, kids take whatever is offered to them (which is a no no) and my aunt was really bothered by the assertive vendors so I had to get them in taxis to the beach quickly LOL.
there's nothing brave about venturing in jamaica, because of the lack of "braveness" you literally havent even experienced jamaica, so much to do, so much food to try and so many people to meet. The aggressive vendors have to be this way because like you said, everything looks the same, so their personality has to be the difference. Away from the more dominant tourist areas are so many beautiful places to see in that country and yes also some very dangerous places like anywhere else in the world we go. Looking to visit again this August.
Love the videos so far. We just got off the Seashore on an Eastern Caribbean Itinerary. Oh It was Cousin Eddie in Christmas Vacation when he told Clark to buy himself somehing "Reahul Naaaahs" with Clarks own money 🤣 SO.... Put a bow on it. 🤣
You got the quote! Nicely done. We hope you enjoyed your cruise on the Seashore as much as we did. We are so glad that you are enjoying our videos. Thanks for watching!! (There are more on the way)
He was quite the character indeed. He wanted me to write down our channel name for him because he didn’t believe I was going to put him in a video! 🤣 Thanks for watching!
Honestly it felt like the ship was full during the busy times (meals, shows, etc.) but it was around 800 people shy of being at capacity. The ship was so big, though that I don’t think it would have felt much different if those extra 800 had been on board. Thank you so much for watching!
I can’t believe WE ALL WERE ON THE SHIP TOGETHER!!!! Hahaha I know for sure once you said Emancipation day which was August 1st, my first time ever in Jamaica 😂😂😂 The peddlers are SUUUUPER aggressive hahaha even got swindled by a taxi cab driver had to walk all the way back to the ship! My friend / assistant had dreadlocks so that helped for safety 😂😩😂😂 I went back last week , with the ship, butttt we were in a whole different SLIP so it was a different vibe.
It was our first time in Jamaica as well. An interesting experience for sure! Those cab drivers. We were only going a few blocks to the flea market but they kept insisting it was too far to walk! Hope the vibe was better the second time for you. Thanks for watching!
@@Pandbswideworldofports yes the second time was much better because I had a driver who I trusted to meet me and take me around! I can’t wait to see the rest of the days!
@@TheHollywoodList awesome! Glad it was a better experience. We should have the next video out within a couple of days. We really appreciate your support!
@@Pandbswideworldofports I appreciate your videos showing me the things I missed at the ports as well as showing the similarities of things we both experienced! It was awesome to see your videos as well as the Frugal Cruisers- Thankfully I met them.
Awesome video. Christmas vacation. My favorite Christmas movie.
You got it! Thanks so much for watching!
“What am I going to buy you?” Love it 💜
Thanks so much for watching!
You guys are brave! I've ventured out on foot a couple of times in Ocho Rios and never made it that far. I love your open, adventurous spirits ❤️
Thank you so much! Yes, the further away from the port we got, the more nervous we got!
