After the 7th where my friends (mothers) were raped and murdered, and as a soldier (a combat one) never hit a person in any way and no one from my unit (we did arrest people, but they were treated with full dignity from me and my unit). In addition, you miss the main point about property and sovereignty: Jews bought the lands on which they built settlements, while most of the Arabs lived on the lands of the Sultan (Ma'wat and Miri). Those who did not attack the Jewish settlement and agreed to the sovereignty of the State of Israel kept their property.
The fact that your property is under another sovereignty does not give you the right to murder its occupants. KKl has 10,000 dunams they purchased in Jordan before the war. And yet, this area is under Jordanian sovereignty. No Israeli thinks of going to establish a village there. And if so? He will receive Jordanian sovereignty over him.
That one lad who suggested that all the israeli police and army should be expelled leaving just civilians behind should have been asked what he thought would happen next.

People are complex, but to label a whole group as enemies seems bizarre and lacks self reflection. Unfortunately the nation state is complex space, but let us talk as average people here. My granparents were all expeled from arab countries for being jewish. I am not going around demanding their homes back, and im not calling myself a refugee. I did not become a terrorist to demand their home back. This is rediculus! The nakba was 75 years ago. Why cant palestinians build thesmelf as a society, move forward? Also there is no collective ownership. Some Jews have been given reparations for losing property in WWII. But quite frankly the home is gone, the landscape is different, what is being demanded is completely insane.

I find the video responses so baffling. Both Jews and Muslims received foreign population boosts but yet Arabs feel that they are the only natives to the land. Poor education. However, the actual history is a little more complicated than the summary version that often gets told by political Israelis. The role of Petra, where we think ancient Arabic was spoken, on spice trade routes would have meant that ancient Arabs would have very much been known in Samaria, Judea and in the five Philistine cities at least by the time of the Hasmonean revolt.
Their history would not have begun only with the Islamic conquest (though that's certainly a key moment in the historical narrative of Israel, and the beginning of sour relations between Jews and Muslims)
Also The linguistic connection between Arabic and ancient Hebrew suggests some kind of further deep historical connection, possibly pre-dating Canaan. What exactly that is, however, is currently unclear.

I don't understand why anyone who hasn't grown up in either Israel of Palestine or doesn't know anyone from the region/has never been there feels entitled to their opinion. Thats why I dont support a 2 state solution. Its been tried 7 times already and its been a dismal failure. In 1936 when the British gave 85% of the land to the Arabs, the Arab response was a 1936 armed revolt against the British. Then in 1948 the UN partitioned the land into 2 states, again the Arab response was to attack Israel and begin an armed conflict which they lost. In 1967 Israel offered to give back captured territories, again the Arab response was rejection and no peace with Israel. In 1995 -2000, the Palestinians again rejected the Abraham Accords and began a second armed conflict with Israel when they were offered 90% of West Bank, East Jerusalem and Gaza. In 2005, Israel unilaterally withdrew and dismantled Jewish settlement in Gaza and 2 years later Hamas took control and have launced numerous rocket attacks on Israel. In 2008 Mahmoud Abbas again rejected a peace proposal by Ehud Olmert the then PM which offered the same deal as 1995-2000. Get this, the world leaders who dont know history still believe that Palestinians are oppressed and are not being offered a state of their own, when historical evidence is to the contrary.

The failed accords of 2008 was due to disagreement on how much israeli territory in west bank should be made: Abbas proposed that 2% of west bank territory annexion for israel could be made in exchange of the same for palestine in israel territory, while Olmert wanted, in exchange of the amount of 5.8% of osrael territory, 6.3% of west bank. Nowadays Israel, with Netanyahu and his right wing governement, refuse any possibility of a palestinian state and still brings settlers illegally into west bank with repeated persecutions brought to the locals palestinians, done with the protection of military force, while Palestinian authority under Mahmood Abbas still proposing the '67 border deal.
The average civilian sentiment (after decades of suffering) is expected but won't dictate lasting peace with one or two state solution. Leaders are the ones that see to peace and make it happen. In any case, your opinion has no merit as it is simply unjust, and is quite frankly genocidal.
