Actually Not If they druiswurm Arsenal Falcon in grave He will Special summon ultimate Falcon from the extra Deck but Arsenal Falcon doesn't attach as Material. The reason is that Arsenal Falcon tries to resolve as much as He can He doesn't need to be attached since IT says Special summon a Raidraptor XYZ and If you do attach. The If you do Clause is the Point
