I have had this camera under a week and I am loving it. The colour profiles, the form factor and the resolution are all top notch. The low light mode is great as well. Many people are saying this is mainly just for vlogging, but for us short film makers on a budget this is such a great tool. In fact I had a quick play around with some of the footage I shot myself and posted it on my channel to see the real life application of it. Thanks again DjI for pioneering such amazing products!
Direct connection to dji mic 2 is something i've been waiting for from action cameras, really makes it stand out against not just direct competition but also smartphones and mirrorless systems.
I did so many awesome videos with Pocket 1&2! ❤Cant wait for Pocket 3 and I hope they fix the Brightness so the sky wont look always super White and bright at sunny days.

I've been waiting for this for so long. The Pocket 2 was always my go-to video camera for traveling because of its tiny size and awesome video quality. Definitely picking this up.
I’ve been beyond impressed with the pocket 2. I just purchased the pocket three and the mini four pro. I just now started getting into UA-cam and product reviews. I came from the pocket 1, and this absolutely is worthy upgrade, just wait until you hold it in your hand, you will be blown away! The quality finally seamlessly cuts with other professional cameras, and the low light mode makes it that much more usable on weddings.
I have the Panasonic S5 and the Pocket 4k, this dji can cut no problem along these and not stand out. The quality is up there! the fact that i don't have to break my back carrying heavy gimbals all day is worth it for me. See what works for you, but if you get it, you wont be disappointed! its Good!@@percisewindomcreative1195
I have the Osmo Pocket 1 and skipped the version 2 as I did not find much improvement in the ver 2 to upgrade. But the Osmo Pocket 3 is a complete design from ground zero. It comes in time for my year end Tokyo trip! Thanks DJI.

Me too.. I've used osmo pocket 1 since 2020 till now. Overall still normal & good. I'm not interested in ver 2, the same reason with you. But ver 3 is amazing! 😍
@@ronaldbd4062 Japan will never know it has helped with the Pocket 3 sales. I received mine too! I am happy with the purchase. It is a complete overhaul of the previous versions. Picture quality, focusing and low light performance have greatly improved by the new 1 inch sensor. The 2 inch OLED screen is the icing in the cake. I am sure most DJI pocket users will be happy with the new Pocket 3.
I use a Sony FX3 professionally and had an rs3 Pro as my gimbal. Sold it because I never used it and now y’all drop THIS?! Just bought one. Can’t wait to test it out
I'm a vlogger and I use the Osmo Pocket 3 to shoot all of my videos. It's the perfect camera for vlogging because it's so easy to use and the footage is amazing. I highly recommend it to any vlogger.
Great intro video, so many awesome features and the 10 Bit colour and image quality is going to be impressive with that 1" sensor. It still amazes me that a 1" sensor can fit in such a tiny camera. Looking forward to seeing how the image compares to my Pocket 1!
@@LWJCarroll I haven't seen the actual physical sensor, but both the Mavic 2 Pro and Air 2S both have 1 inch CMOS sensors, so it's possibly the same sensor, but the lens in the Pocket 3 is an F2 which is also impressive and I've just seen some low light test footage and the image quality looks really good.
@@yummm8775 thanks I googled one inch sensor and its an old broadcasting video camera term relating to the tube. Its apparently about 0.624 inch diagonal fyi. But as a bigger than previous sensor I agree it works alot better in low light. Fyi.
Finally! Although my phone records excellent video it is sometimes just weird to pull my phone out - this is so much more effortless! Will pull out my Osmo Pocket 1 for my next trip and consider the pocket 3 in the future!

Hi @DJI, since the Osmo Pocket 3 is designed towards more cinematic look, I'd really hope to see your future firmware update comes with added cinematic aspect ratio guides, so it would be easier to shoot in other aspect ratios like 1:85:1 or 2:35:1 for instance; whereby the top and bottom area of the original view on the led screen becomes darker. This might give perfect guides for more cinematic framing options during recording. I beg you to add this, please! 🙏🏼😅👌🏼

@@NeverGoFullRetard415 I'd recommend watching the actual video, it will answer all of your questions. In short, it's a mini gimbal stabilized camera with pretty impressive specs considering the size (and a much better sensor than the one in the s23).

@@NeverGoFullRetard415 It really depends, 1 inch sensor would probably make it better for quite a few scenarios, but the s23 ultra would also do better in quite a few other scenarios just because of the power of its camera system. The real reason to use something like this, is because it is a standalone device that is pocketable and can be used virtually instantly with no setup, but if the setup you have works well, you probably don't need the pocket.
I have the Osmo Pocket 1 and the Osmo Pocket 2 - I'm trying to determine if there's enough to justify getting the 3 as well. I probably will. Great job again, DJI.
The rotating screen is a very intuitive hardware and software feature, I'm excited to see what people do with this... Might be perfect for street interviews on a monopod especially with the ability to connect to wireless mics...
I find it incredible that this technological marvel is now in its third version and still doesn't include any hole for attaching a wrist strap. Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it's an Osmo Pocket that has slipped out of my hands!
I wish it had true vertical video, a wider aperture, 422 color, and higher bitrate options. Out otherwise a definite improvement over Pocket 2. Thankfully they went with 1 inch

The original Mavic 3 was released on 5th November 2021 along with the cine. Some rumours are expecting the Mavic 4 in Q2 or Q3 2024

♨🔥♨🔥♨ my osmo 3 is overheating and stopping recording after 12-13 min in best quality. I need to put it in fridge to cool down to have more that 13 minutes of recording time. I watched all tips on internet but they don't helped 😭😭😭🔥🔥🔥 after update I got 30 min before stop recording

Awesome! Woulda been nice to see more of the low light performance. That was a Timelapse, which is just multiple longer exposure photos. What’s the iso performance in video? Overall looks great!
