As an EUC rider I gotta ask, how do you feel about road imperfections and rocks because those wheels are perfect for smooth roads. Is it not a problem at certain speeds?

this EUC can smoke a lot of cruiser bikes from 0 so this board can too ua-cam.com/video/y0jNrd-K6bM/v-deo.html , though the real e-moto like a zero bike will be faster just based on the size of its battery.
@@EdLrandom it'll be quicker to its top speed than 100-500cc bikes, designed for go fast, like a sport bike or MX. It's probably quicker than any Harley or cruiser.

I'm curious what esc you're using to handle thise insane amps. I'm building the the skp solo. I thought running 90motor amps was high. I know it can handle way more. My esk8 calc says with newbie 4gs it'll reach 54 loaded. Hard to believe if that's what you're getting at with those amps.
@@jimbob1496 Motor amps don't really influence top speed that much, just low end torque. Battery amps help with high end torque.
Those 290 motor amps are spread across 4 driven wheels. I'm using spintend controllers. Motor amperage is low end torque, battery amperage is high end. Top speed is determined by gearing, voltage, motor kv, etc. This board is geared for 56 mph but has enough power to probably do 90+.
Can you direct me anywhere to learn more about building a battery to be able to handle high outputs? Im confused as to what gauge wires for series connections and what type of connectors can handle high amps?

Is the difference between 2wd and 4wd pretty crazy? This looks so much faster than any of your other acceleration videos.
With 4wd, I've been able to add ~27% more power, so it's definitely a good bit quicker. The biggest difference is the braking. I've added about 50% more braking force.

@wiggpickle That's why his lag in the acceleration. Imo...anyone over 200lbs on the ex30....can accelerate the F*ck out of that wheel. I literally just tried the ex30 today myself at Alien Rides HQ and wow. I also would have to say...I had to have a decent amount of lean or even knee tilt to make that thing move...And I weigh 180lbs. 🤣
@@AVC93 I have a few more friends in the area with the ex30. Maybe they'll give me some runs. Super impressive wheels
@wiggpickle They definitely are. Pretty much the epitome of euc's atm. Just wish they were about 20 lbs lighter.

Of course you are going to smoke an euc if the batteries are providing 260Amps on small tires, Ex30 is not even pulling over 100A on a 20 inch tire.
4wd vs 1wd that's the case and 2 Dual controllers vs 1 controller. The EUC is really good taking advantage of those big motors lower kv they have, but esk8 you can easily modify it by just adding motors tedious but possible, lots of possibilities in esk8. That's what I love about it.

Not even close, even letting him get into full lean. We need to race. I've been getting 5.6 sec 0-60 times with 4.8 sec 5-60 times. That's how bad I am at launching this scooter. Looks like we'd be pretty close. It'll have to be after my foot is better though, I can't do full speed launch with my broken foot, I need to lean too much 😂. Although I haven't tried it 1 footed, which is my new off road trick. Leaning over the bars on 1 foot sounds sketch tho 😂
Hopefully, I'll get the chance to get a 0-50 of us on camera. That would be awesome.
@@wiggpickle yeah, I'm currently geared to 55 mph myself. Unfortunately I cancelled my Chicago trip in June when I was going to stop by CO and see you. Let me know if you are in Dallas again.
Stunts like these in an urban environment = dumb and irresponsible. I have an EX30 and love going fast.
