Our town needs more government funding thats for sure! Its not only pot holes that we have to deal with, but also ballards damaged, railing, and curb stones. there are new roads and carridgeways now in the town which adds more cost to... its about time governments allocated proper funding to towns like Blackburn, Oldham, Blackpool
