Most potential investors would therefore consider what returns would the property generate . So the builders should find a business model which would generate assured income for the invester owner.
This ,mostly would be for resorts holder as these amenities may not for working class to stay far from mading crowd.No hospital ,Near by ,risk of living not only with these amenities other things equally needed .Bhu ok ,this new concept of relaxing for some time .
