Rocky, Snide and Psycho Green, the holders of the 3 strongest attacks in Power Rangers Legacy wars! All attack reference damage is based on auto level on, which means no talents influence the damage calculation, however the only thing that does influence is maybe moving Rocky out of 3rd place, however Snide and Psycho Green remain unaffected, since the gap in base damage is so big that Psycho Green still scales way higher than everyone else, and Snide being a true attacker by boosting his already high base damage Vortex Slash with his perfect display of a breaker boosting talent tree by 52%! Now in the context of this challenge, Rocky takes 3rd place with his super doing 5637 damage, Snide takes 2nd place with Vortex Slash doing 5652 damage and Finally Psycho Green takes 1st place with both of his breakers when fully stacked are capable of doing 7889 damage!
