Guys, Midnight Riders and all the other people at the concert didn't die. You all might be thinking somebody stole their bus since you see it in The Passing. But the riders said "The zombies won't stop our concert". And The Passing is before Dark Carnival, also Whispering Oaks was an evacuation center. They also did their concert and then everybody at Whispering Oaks was evacuated. Since the rides weren't working anymore. They began to do their concert.
