We took 30 Korean American students from the U.S. to attend your class. We paid almost $1000 for an 80 minute class with Dohee. The female staff member at the front desk was so rude to the students, at one point asking a male student not to return to the class because he had stepped out of class to use the restroom. We'll never be going back to 1Million ever again. It's unfortunate that a business with such global exposure treats their guests with such disrespect.
I attended a class that your group participated in. The students, who attended in groups, made a fuss and a bad atmosphere throughout the class.. It was difficult to concentrate on the class because of them. Maybe many people who attended the class felt this inconvenience. And, as far as I know, personal video filming is not possible in classes held in 1Million. (excluding the time allowed to shoot) But in the middle of the class, I saw someone come in to film or film outside. Perhaps 1Million's staff also had a hard time managing the situation🥲.. Of course you may be unhappy with the staff, but I think the dissatisfaction of those who took the class (due to those who ruined the atmosphere of the class) will be worse.
