Jeremy's 2020 Rzr Pro Xp has been in need of a clutch kit for some time now! We finally get that taken care if this video. The machine has 53/12/12 gear reduction and 32" Xtr 370's that are a bit on the heavy side. The gear reduction has helped out a lot with belt slippage but the r.p.m.'s were too low and it still needed clutch work. Thankfully, @CrashCitySxS designed a clutch kit specifically to work on machines with gear reduction or portals. in this video we check out the kit, install it and test it out. While testing we find another issue on the machine, but quickly get it figured out. This clutch kit rocks, it made a huge difference.

That's for the intercooler...i smoked one of those on my 2020 in 2019 and getting one was a PITA! i believe back then it was 300 bucks...GOOD LUCK getting one for that now!!

Hey Jeremy my name is John I just got the 2023 pro xp I am wanting to get a fire extinguisher for it but I am in a wheelchair and can't just mount it anywhere if I want to reach it and I love where u have yours on the holy shit handle just wondering where u got the mount to go there ps love the videos

No problem! It’s just attached to the factory oh shit handle. I had to get smaller hose clamps for the mount since the bar is smaller and the kits are generally aimed towards rollbars.

Did you stick with just the red nuts with your AA tune or have to add a washer
8100 on stock clutching with a stage 3? 2022 pro xp 4 and I'm on 35s, same gear reduction..stage 3 evo.. and man I can hit 9k. I have to baby it.. I won't run it wfo right now

Yeah, that’s where it was at and I say it in the video. When I say it though, was before I knew about my boost problem. If I had full boost I think it would’ve been higher.

@@thmikewhy you need aftermarket clutch? We can get oem parts at good prices if you need a replacement. And the oem stuff holds up when the clutching is right
Our setup has outperformed any aftermarket clutch that we’ve rode with. High price tags that still slip the belt…
