What a great video! It shows so much advancement in the B-52. Incredible to think how long these vital aircraft will be in service, a century? Those new engines look like they are very powerful. Kudos to those decision makers who decided to do the right thing and reinvest in not just a weapon, but a broad choice of weapons unlike no other plane can carry. 312,000,pounds of fuel I think they said? The A13 Hercs used to weigh only 155,000 fully loaded. Quite a comparison. Like the A10 Warthog, the B52 is valued and keeps getting upgrades making it a formidable deliverer of destruction. If I was the enemy and knew these were coming, I would flee and go hide in a cave. Imagine the younger guys applying to be on the aircrew of something that their grandparents flew. I used to love seeing the cockpit with so many people needed to crew it. I’m sure it gives them a lot of comradere which would boost them when they needed it. Those G17 Globe masters refitted for medical service look’s awesome too. It just breathes high tech everywhere. Can you imagine the collective wealth of education from all the staffing it requires? No one else in the world has such resources, or trains like our military does.

Keep in mind that USAF SP’s don’t get the opportunity to shoot (let alone at people) as often as they’d like. Some AF bases do not have shooting ranges. Therefore do not piss them off! 😂
