The New 1947 Farmall Cub tractor

The New to me 1947 Farmall Cub tractor .Serial number #1983 and it was the 3rd tractor built in July 1947 6 weeks into production. Picked up from Lumerton NC. Got a few little things to do on it but it will be ready to go come plowday in March 2019.

Not that I can attend, but where and when is the plow day event you mentioned in the video? Also, I have a late year 1947 Cub myself. Interesting on the differences of your '47 and your other Cub. I have a '50 Cub also, and I need to check the differences in them. It would be also interesting to see what differences in your mid year '47 and my late year '47.

How long did it take you to find a Circle cub?

No it's the 1482nd one built . The 3rd built in July that year

@@farmall51 Oh My bad, I was only that little bit into the video when I commented. I see what you said now, and thanks for the Tips on the Major Cubs Cracking Issues. Never knew that, I just got new Goodyear Dura Torque 9.5x24 and Harvest King 4.00x15s for my Cub.

No the cub lift is a lot different. And the pump is different. Would not work
