You don’t need any English proficiency certificate to prove your English skills. You will have an interview/entrance exam during which they will access your English skills

Since 6 different study programs can only be in at maximum 6 different educational institution, that number of Universities and Universities of Applied Sciences can is also at maximum 6. School is a word with many meanings. It is sometimes used of university departments or colleges or of some other part of the institution. Sometimes it is used to mean the institution as a whole. But a study program is most likely hosted by just a school, so in any meaning 6 study programs can not be in more than 6 schools.

But actually, especially in international context, a lot of misunderstanding arises from the different conventions and nuances in terminology. School is not high on the list of misleading words between cultures, I don't really think so. But I mentioned it anyway.

The admission application process is online on the internet website. There is no difference in that part of the process no matter where you live.

Use Samk.fi to access their website directly and you can apply from there as well.

I recommend you to use your laptop. You will find more on invitation letter for entrance exam
