That doesn't bear thinking about taking animal thyroid hormones 🤢and am glad that you don't have to. I have been looking into castor oil recently (for skin care and eye bags) but am sure that I have read about castor oil packs for the thyroid. Maybe worth looking up? Your stir-fry looked delicious!
Yeah the UK uses synthetic thyroxine thank goodness! I’ll have a look, thanks for the tip!

I use Nu U VB12 oral spray, also take thyroxine and I get all my blood tests emailed to me and I love going through everything on them, I too find it fascinating, magnesium is another one we tend to be low in nowadays
Glad it’s not just me who loves going through it all lol
My guess is the other blood test would be a U&E, as it comes from the same bottle as the TSH
