Amish wood craftsman sure are masters of their trade. They really can turn wood into some beautiful things. Amazing how that cabin just folded out and up like a tent and it appears as though someone built the structure on site. Great video. Only wish the camera lens hadn’t fogged up when you entered the house.
That was awesome 😎. I love the place it’s beautiful. I especially love the back porch. I’m sure that’s a pretty popular hangout. The basement/crawl space is also great 👍. It will stay dry. It has lots of storage room.
8:18, The wire rope slings are not down in the load hook as they should be, down, as in not exerting a sideways pull on the hook, they (the load hooks) are marked, usually at 45 degrees, as in not to exceed that angle with too short of rigging, longer slings would have given a more favorable angle and kept the hook loading at a more favorable angle. 9:35, the crane op grazes the pole, really? Taikuu, that's a nice cabin. I love the porch, I'd put up a dark net screen and sleep out there. I love how it went together..🤗🤗 From Fairbanks, Alaska USA Taikuu and on to the next..
So how do we know that REAL Amish people built this? That sure looked like a nice set of shop buildings, didnt look Amish to me with all that electricity, trucks and stuff. Lol
Was that Amish built? Or "Amish" style. The milled logs are kind of cookie cutter looking. It is still a cool structure and process. It's probably what you gotta do these days to make it all code approved etc.

I would say not. To be the best, you have to be trained as in restoration work. That stuff is not the kind of trade you can do working in a small area. That being said, the best quality small buildings I have seen are in fountain city Indiana. They also have a second line that is priced higher and not really that great. Both are Amish built. I dunno, about fake. On the sped up footage it seemed like a load of his/her mates rocked up and pushed the gable up with poles an that. Helping out. Surely it must have been similar back in the day where the Amish community called on others with specialist skills for the hard bits and some with muscle to help them in build day? But then I know nowt about it really. I live in the wrong country. Just looks like a brilliant house and a very effective way to build. 🏠
It's nice and honest when they can give you a ballpark price on everything that was shown on the video instead of having to call some sales pitch phone number even if you estimate at $110,000.00 to $120,000.00 to me it shows you're dealing with honest straight forward people and not crooks.

In a couple of years you'll have to come back and repot it! You make money on both ends.

Thanks for sharing that that was very nice first time seeing it
Pretty darn cool , I may have to consider this when I finally settle down somewhere
Nice pole in the front yard!!
makes it look trashy dont it , go underground for sure , but i do like the walk out basement :)
I was impressed how you worked ‘round the pole
Wow, you guys do a great job

I DONT care who builds them.
Amazing job. Thanks for sharing.....
Beautiful. Smart construction. If only.
We're into restoring cabins (on #4 now), this is the most unique Quality mobile unit I've ever seen!
From what I understand it is a modular home no wheels not a trailer/mobile home.
A modular home is prepaid before delivery. I use to sell them lol.
Sounds interesting..
Can't believe he drove under the load
Thanks for the video. Kinda neat watching it go together.
Thanks, it is very cool indeed..
When you raise the eve up . Whycant you use a 12volt winsh to pull that up into the attic?
Pretty building!
Was the Cabin bolted to the concrete blocks or do you rely on the cabin weight to hold it down ???
I would think strapping of some kind to hold it down.
They go shackled like containers on transport
Very nice I will have one of them for sure
13:21 Floor Joyces. Lol!!
I thought a real Log Cabin but it's a prefab mobile home without the trailer.
I thought same thing !! Mobile Home in disguise?

Poured concrete would be better than cinder block.
Agreed
You can put rebar in block and pour them solid. Much more accurate than formed concrete. I’m a custom builder, and we still use block.
@@loveistheanswer8137 Some "custom builders" still use dirt bags, for the HIGHEST ACCURACY. They love the dirt.
