Smt. Anuradha Kuber | Raag Maanjh Khamaj | Thumri Tarangini

Anuradha Kuber is an artiste of the Bhendi Bazar Gharana. She has trained under the veteran Guru Late Pt. T. D. Janorikar for 15 years. Currently she is receiving training in vocal music from the leading Harmonium maestro and musicologist Dr. Arawind Thatte. She has a Masters degree in Music and has performed extensively. She is an A grade artiste of All India radio for Classical music and has several Albums to her credit and is a recipient of many prestigious awards; to name a few. Gaanhiraa Award, Dattopant Deshpande Puraskar, Manik Varma Puraskar, Sudhir Phadke Puraskar and the recent prestigious Marathi Filmfare Award for the song 'Majhe Tujhe'. Raag Mala is her music school where she trains students in classical music.

Smt. Anuradha Kuber presented a thematic concert- Thumri Tarangini ,where she performed various light classical genres of thumri, kajri, chaiti, dadra, jhoola, bandish ki thumri. This was in memory of her maternal grandparents who had encouraged her to pursue music.
