Sir, I want to give one suggestion that you can provide timestamp for every question that you asked in the video interview. Suggestion is only for interview videos.😊 For example for example in whole video if you ask 12 questions so you can provide timestamp for every question. So it will increase ease of waching your videos.😊

Need to prepare proper RCA. Immediately consult with Dev and fix it as hot fix. As a part of RCS we should check below paramiteres 1. Is QA has tested that particular functionality before release ? 2. Is that test scenario was covered in daily regression testing? 3. If this is QA miss then admit the error and share the details with honesty. 4. If this is not a QA miss then find the UAT evidences which you have tested before release.
