Thanks for sharing - but you are rushing through each step of the whole process. Could do with adding 10 seconds to each step to allow lesser experienced Monday users to have a bit of extra time for each instruction to sink in, otherwise feeling a bit bombarded by the current speed of the walk & talk through...
