How log can you take the dgl's reflex gourmet or relfux raft and slippery elm please? I live in EU and it is very difficult to find them. Can you take them forever? or need to stop them for some time? I suffer for LPM the last 4 months and i'm under PPI'S

Totally fine! This would have been an issue for me years ago to eat this late but not it’s no issue!
I didn’t prepare but sometimes I’ll have my clients do certain things like digestive enzymes before or alginates afterwards!
