I always thought that the stretch from Roan Mountain to 19E was the prettiest part of the A.T. south of the Mason-Dixon Line. Your hiking great! Still smiling, you look so happy. This trail agrees with you! Hike strong. geek
You go girly Lizard 🦎 You getting after it. Some really pretty views along that section of the AT. And that old red barn should have a plan in place to restore it and make it structurally sound for hikers to use again. A real piece of history lost if it's not....and the views there are beautiful!... And I hike alot of mountains , trails around my home here in Nantahala Ntnl Forest and Pisgah and those composting toilets are awful and the woods are the only good choice. You can't even breathe when you open the door or even get near one without puking 🤢 Well smiley is still smiling even though she at times is not feeling it.
