Another wonderfully insightful reading, so much there. One of the reminders I’m using is that when something negative comes up such as fear, I’m either in the past or future, the past is gone, in fact every moment that goes by is the past, so asking what am I afraid of and dealing with that program, the future is built on the past, dealing with the past will have an outcome on the future, are we looking to enhance ourselves, or doing / thinking about something out of fear, all good questions. I saw a clever help aid, a watch that only says “now” for the time, I don’t wear a watch but post a note where my clocks are that says now, helps to refocus unwanted energies, most of the time realizing I’m somewhere else, could even put a small sticker on a watch 🤗
