Very amusing that Natasha has repeatedly claimed to be disgusted by cats for using litter boxes, only to learn that their dogs have been pissing on their carpets this whole time.
i came here to comment this LOL my cat since day one has never had an an accident outside of the litter box. can’t relate to dogs pissing all over nice things 😂
Cats are still smelly (very specific cat smell even cat people don't like) and often pee and poop places other than the litter box just to spite people. At least dogs can be trained. They just didn't train these dogs.
@@JD-ku3xt I've had numerous cats, and have never had one pee/poop outside their litter box; cats can be trained poorly or well, just like dogs. And the "cat smell" you refer to is usually from a litter box that isn't being cleaned regularly. Personally, I can't stand the way dogs smell - but to each their own.
@@SaltyInterlocutor also, that cat smell is often due to the urine from unfixed male cats, so a neutering (which we should do anyways!) fixes the problem right away 🖤
Lmao my favorite bit is when Moshe enthusiastically runs a bit and Natasha has the exact opposite level of enthusiasm throughout it. Anyway, looking forward to the new years eve episode live from Chernobyl
My mom has a chihuahua that is paper trained. One time they were getting settled in a hotel room, and mom had put down one of those small water fountain paper cups full of water for her, but hadn't put down her potty paper yet, and the dog is so neurotic about never peeing or pooping on the floor that she went over and, like, precision pooped into the water cup. I think it just depends on the particular dog/owner.
Agree!! My dog is a brilliant and highly professional lil chihuahua mix, will never p inside! I trained him since babyhood, on point always hehe. Then he was injured and wouldn’t pee inside on the pee pad, even tho I said it would be welcome and tried to coerce da boy ;)- I started carrying him gently outside & placing him on the grass instead. So sweet 😚
the only way I've been able to combat inside peeing is taking him out very regularly - like every 2 hours. He is very food driven, so I make it a reward when we come back from going potty... btw he is also rescued from the streets of LA
I grew up in northern MN in the early 80s and we most definitely had to plug in our 1980 Nissan Sentra in the winter when we parked so our car battery wouldn't freeze. We always had an electric cord sticking out the hood. You're not wrong Natasha it's just 1980s/1970s technology.
Tash is right. A block heater keeps coolant from freezing and thus expanding and potentially cracking your engine block during sustained ultra low temps. They plug in.
There are cars that you plug in in the winter, I believe it's for what they called a block heater. They don't use them so much anymore. My mom had one on an older vehicle when I was growing up in the '80s.
For dogs, peeing is an out n about pursuit/ passion to be realized beyond simply letting it out in the yard. It’s an integral assertion of the dog’s identity and primacy. They need to do it while walking, daily. It’s essentially affirming and even if they are geriatric, carry them and encourage them to walk as well, and it’s better than nothing to take them out and gently set them down at intervals. 🐕🥰🧸
In the Canadian Prairies they use to have plugs that stuck out the front so you could help your car start. Not sure when the technology changed but I think safe bet that cars made in the past 20 years do not have them. Also, I've heard that theory about if it hasn't happened in college you probably won't happen later except not about sex, it's about getting addicted to cigarettes.
OMG Natasha!! I would much rather scoop my cats litter box than have some dog pissing all over my stuff! They are probably on their way to the rainbow bridge and they’re just losing it. They are old dogs right? Anyway I just had to say something because I’ve had cats my whole life and I just love them so much. I like dogs too!! But I do not have one at the moment because we honestly can’t afford it. I would want the very best of everything for them. I love y’all!!
Natasha is like the kid that touches the stove and gets burned and then an hour later does it again and you just admire their determination for getting hurt
It’s the breed of your dog. Next dog adoption get a poodle or poodle mix. They’re smart and easily trained. I didn’t even really potty train my dog; she is just smart and knew what’s up. My blind, deaf, elderly cockapoo (who has since past) never had accidents and once had so much anxiety because she was confused and didn’t want to have an accident. That’s when we knew the grim ripper was on her tail. 😢
I hope they realize that there have been sperm donor situation where the lesbian couple broke up and it turned into a legal nightmare for all involved.
I love Stony Natasha you learn about dogs bladders from books the internet breeders taking your dog to the vet taking your dog to the groomer everyone knows Chihuahuas have small bladders!! 💜
Natasha almost told on herself when she was tripping over her words about not being able to be a lesbian after college. Somethings been on her mind. she was like "you can't experiment after college....right?"
Exactly. I guess, then, all those women that didn't come out until they were older, many having lived in a nuclear family, can't be lesbians. I think that wine loosened her up.
They do have diapers just in case for old dogs. They are cloth with velcro. Chihuahuas don't pee more than other dogs on stuff if they are trained. I grew up with large dogs who actually did have accidents. My dog is a chihuahua (adopted at 3.5 years old) and he is potty trained. They train very easily. If you are gone for a long time, you can train them to go on a pee pad. Also, he is a mutt (25% mini dachshund.). If dogs have a routine schedule for peeing, it's easier to train them. Mine goes out 6am, 12:30, 6PM, 10PM. (times may vary). Also Chihuahuas won't make a giant puddle like an untrained Great Dane. Just have to stick up for chihuahuas (the most misperceived and underrated dog). They have the largest brain for their size and are very smart and food driven. As long as they have regular outings on a schedule, they won't have accidents. They also try to tell you if they need to go out. Mine would start crawling on me, whine, and has his tail wagging and ears back when he needs to pee. He literally tells me. Some dogs are trained to ring a bell on a door if they need to go out.
It’s more likely that it’s an Alaskan Indian in the North Pole (just outside of Fairbanks) with a bottle of rum. Rum is the gentler side, more likely meth. I know because we hired someone from there to commercial fish in Bristol Bay and he tried to drown himself high on meth. Ok, well the North Pole is a no go. And just so you know, Alaskan Eskimos live along the northern coastlines. Alaskan Indians live in the interior and along the Aleutians and SE Panhandle. The real North Pole should be in/near Barrow. Not sure how that got fucked up.
I'm gonna be honest, I avoid watching you two cause my jealously over y'alls relationship is too strong. But I'm glad I tuned in today. I miss my South Florida friends... edit: and I lived in Rosedale and I'm black and that's detrooit
I know this is an old show but I've heard this complaint about the dogs peeing on so many of your shows. Dog trainer here - It's not that hard guys. Once you've gotten to this point there aren't that many options. If you give them the run of the house you'll keep dealing with this rather disgusting situation. The dogs need to be contained to a small area (no rugs) covered in wee wee pads, or in a crate lined in wee wee pads, and taken out to relieve themselves frequently. How about a fenced area outside, nice and healthy for them on a nice day. You're basically allowing them to pee all over. If you want it to stop, take some action. BTW this is a very common problem for any dog that is "babied", so it's usually cute small dogs.
so is it that the dogs are just old and incontinent or is it that you just don't walk your dogs enough? it seems to me (as a European) that U.S. Americans just don't walk their dogs at all and just let them into their garden. like if there's no pee in your dogs, they won't pee on your rugs. dogs don't like to pee inside their home. take them on long and frequent walks. 3 times minimum per day.
I just wanna comment on the Americans don’t walk their dogs and say as someone who lives here, people do in-fact walk their dogs lol. You can go outside at any time and drive around to see people constantly walking their pups. Only some people just let their dogs go in their backyards but tbh I don’t see the big deal in that, never heard of them peeing inside because of it. I do think their dogs are just old & that’s why they’re peeing inside.
@@H-Vox I don't think you understand what I was trying to say here. I've never heard of dogs peeing in people's homes until I followed U.S. TV / pop culture. So it's not a generalization. I said that I have gotten this impression. it's odd.

Mine too. “Live from ground zero” followed by annoyed face Natasha, had my dying.
Ground Zero? 👍 OKC bombing? 👎
I think Tasha is remembering what's called a "Block Heater". Usually used on diesel engines. Volkswagen Rabbits had them
we used to have to do it to our 80's Nissan in Roseau, MN
And don't aftermarket ones plug in to an outlet?
Don’t understand why this channel is not bigger. Love you guys

Spray the rug with citrus, apparently dogs dislike that scent.
I have to say this as someone from MN. Chicago can get colder than Minneapolis because of the wind off of Lake Michigan.
The sober friend must have sober friends of theirs they could bring with them. That way they'll have someone there they know.

I’m originally from southeast Montana and we would have to plug in our diesel pick ups over night in the winter growing up
Good morning! Looking forward to this breakfast conversation...cuZ it's breakfast here and now!

Doggy diapers.
dude, walk your dogs you guys
I think they’re too old to be walked at this point but they should definitely be let out in the yard at least every two hours
Have some class, use a glass?
so is it that the dogs are just old and incontinent or is it that you just don't walk your dogs enough? it seems to me (as a European) that U.S. Americans just don't walk their dogs at all and just let them into their garden. like if there's no pee in your dogs, they won't pee on your rugs. dogs don't like to pee inside their home. take them on long and frequent walks. 3 times minimum per day.
That's quite a generalization lol. People in the US walk their dogs.
@@H-Vox it is quite a generalisation
I said that I have gotten this impression. it's odd.

Yo. It's time to upgrade to better, younger dogs. Euthanasia is a form of love.
In many parts of Canada, we have to plug our vehicles in in the winter or they won't start.
