Cycle is great. Catches attentionon road, ride is nice. Design mechanism is well thought off. For me, post one month, After sales for me was difficult getting servicing. Front Tyre came.out in first month itself 😮 folding cycle has now become an issue. On full charge, peadal assist goes not.more than 40 kms. I got tyre fixed somehow but the inital experience which i got while riding is not same now. Folding is not smooth now for me(Using close to 4 months now) Just my experience. Cycle is good. I faced this issue.

We don't have a bag, but no worries! Our cycle folds up and rolls so easily, you can just wheel it right into the office.🚴🏼♂️
