Upon looking at our Singapore map, i do realise that we do not have enough industrial and commercial areas in the west that are nearby homes and way too much residential area. And what people want nowadays is a property that is near quite a lot of commercial and industrial estate. Bukit panjang area is actually a perfect location for industrial and commercial use instead of residential use(easy access to 2 expressways; BKE and KJE). So people that lives in chua chu kang,bukit gombak, cashew, hillview could just travel to bukit panjang to work instead of travelling all the way to pandan gardens, toh guan, or tuas
