Jet Lag got me good. Heard these songs a couple years ago. Probably quite a bit more relavent now than then, but train stations were my airports. Times change. Sometimes even the things that you think will never change, will one day disappear from your life as if they never even happened... I can only say now that I know that I'll stay the same no matter what comes my way, I'll treat even my obstacles with love. I'll be what I need. I won't lie anymore because that's what caused my heart turbulence. I am a station where other hearts may take a rest stop. A place where one can relax. A life to shine on yours so that you can shine on your own too someday. Jet lag, goodbye. Hello, my own two feet.

The difference between frank and most of the other artists out there is that he actually puts himself in his songs. They're personal. They evoke actual emotion. It's not done record label profit recipe. Frank is one of the few real people on the plastic beach.
