Rev. Wendy, I feel this message was for me. I have had trouble forgiving my parents and myself for things I have done.

For me
How do you stop playing the broken record when it seems to come back with force? I keep on forgiving it. every time it comes back
I testify that there is no God but Allah alone and no partner
and I testify that Muhammad is the servant of Allah and his messenger and the last of the prophets and messengers
and I testify that Jesus is the servant of Allah and his messenger and a sign from him and a mercy to the worlds
I think I will be continuing my CBD treatment. I was just given CBD products from Weedborn and I feel so much better these days : D
