Fir long term and permanent ke liye aapko khudki buri qualities ki list banani hai, yes right buri qualities, kyunki ye aapko negative beliefs honge khudke bareme, once you wrote them down don't feel bad... Act smart and think ki wo kyq qualities thik karne ke liye aap kya kar sakte ho? Don't work on all of them together, one by one karo. Agar aap bolte ko ki aaj mai ye karungi wo karungi to khudke words ko 100% follow karo that increases your respect for yourself. I am a amqzing person.
