I have to give it up for both you and the scriptwriter for this one. although i don’t suffer from sleep paralysis, my nightmares/ptsd symptoms make me feel like this. this is so amazing to have in my toolbox when my partner goes back home. thank you to both of you for this. vi really IS the highest standard for VAs in this community.

@dnapolymerase702 I’m glad you can put this into your arsenal to help combat your struggles with those disorders. I myself suffer from sleep paralysis and have since I was four, when I had my first episode. I also have anxiety disorder so this script was kinda like my own soothing balm when I wrote it as I had just come off a 2wk stint of several paralysis episodes. There was also the drive to write it because I found very few audio’s that dealt with this, that didn’t have a sleep paralysis daemon doing the comforting and I figured not all those who have visual hallucinations (I only have tactile and audio) would want to have their hallucination comfort them, ya know? There was also few audios that addressed all the types of hallucinations that can take place.

Worst sleep paralysis experience I had kept me in a cycle of waking up from the paralysis, then going back to sleep because I was too tired. Could barely walk once it ended.
