Great vid👍seeder is great design only thing needs spilt box for seed n fertiliser that why we have commodity cart n yes it can tricky to sow in small, tight corner fields it’s cart. We have tine set up on 9 inch spacing on our 40ft airseeder using CaseIH 9370 Steiger.
Fertilizer is broadcast here for the most part. I have seen some no-till farms use the drill to apply 100% fertilizer about 2 weeks ahead of seeding. Where do you farm? 9370 is a cool tractor.
bigtractorpower I am from Australia Victoria Dookie its very common over here to sow fertiliser with seed and this practice we been doing for more then 50 years. Some farmers are trying sow with wit fertiliser liquid form but it not cheap n can tricky. Air cart is common sight here behind airseeder, on small fields we use 511 International seeder with 24 row tine 7 inch spacing with McCormick MC 130 tractor.

When we priced our 500t it was the exact same price as the P2085. So the only difference would be if one company has a special discount and the other doesn’t.
They do spray. Mainly grass and weeds are the main issue once the corn is harvested. Volunteer corn does grow. The first frost takes care of the volunteer corn fast.

Can they plant a narrow strip without a lot of a lot of overlap?
Yes. The row unit sections shut off as they pass over a seeded area.
What happens when you go over the same area twice with the seeder does it plant twice of does it automatically not plant in that section
The drill has row unit section shot off so if part of it passes over a seeded area the section stops planting.

Tractor novice here....so what’s the difference between NH and Case besides the color?
The cab layout basically , other then that they are the same
It’s like a Chevy Silverado and GMC Seriea truck. Built in the same factory minor differences. The Mega Flow feature is unique to New Holland.
Those disc drills are made in Saskatoon,Saskatchewan Canada

Yes the 410 is on the 30ft drill and the 380 is on the 40ft drill. I am not sure why they were set up that way.

I do not know. That would be something a dealer could answer. I do know New Holland often has some pretty good pricing offers through the year.

60 years and going. The first no till field ever was planted in Herndon, KY in 1962 and has been no-tilled every year since.

Over the past 10 years no-till wheat over corn has made great advances. New fungicides have made it work well.
Head scab is definitely a concern.
