you could have used PEP effect to banish itself and the other PEP then special summon your PEP with bystial effect

You mean Moulinglacia? It's really only useful in this deck. You can only summon it when you have exactly 5 Water monsters in the GY, so getting it out is hard. This combo just makes it look easy. Otherwise it's just a big idiot
