Sir, my registration is complete, but then suddenly when I was waiting for payment, the screen went back home and I couldn't apply anymore. Then when I checked the application status it is showing that the payment is already done with my name on it and not my degree and year of passing. I tried applying fresh application, but then I can't since this is there. What can I do.

Haven't heard about the exact solution from anyone I know. In old days, the hardcopies sent to RCI will be sent back with "Missing documents" numbering, and have to resend with required documents.

Check application status to confirm if payment received. If issue still persists, it's website error. Take a screenshot and email RCI. They will help you with it

I didn't get your complete message, but I understand that you are asking about payment failure. For safety measures, the website don't accept payment twice for an application. Usually failed payment will be refunded ( need to file a complaint in bank, and refund depends on bank). Unless it shows payment successful, the application won't go to next step.

When you have already submitted, it won't allow to submit again. So try filling application and submit again. If nothing works, pls talk to RCI helpline

If payment debited, but no acknowledgement received, then I presume the application isn't complete. If you try repayment, u may know it. " RCI website doesn't accept two payments for same application".

Hi Ananda kumar, check the application status, when it shows payment successful, that's enough. As per new RCI guidelines, it's completely online and you won't be sending any hardcopies. Once approved, u will receive e certificate . No hardcopy.
The refund is bank specific. In my experience, very few have faced failed transaction during registration when private bank cards r used. As regards your question, it's either full refund or nothing ( if Bank can't help).
Your Application should have all documents. Without successful payment, acknowledgement can't be downloaded. Without acknowledgement, the documents can't be sent.
Just a correction, recently I had received information that no hard copies required. Under application status, if it shows payment successfull, that's enough. Once approved, u shall receive e certificate which can be downloaded after login in.
If you get acknowledgement, payment is successful. Or u can check under status or u can try paying again( RCI won't accept double payment for same application), and see if it tells payment already done.

Recently, Both debit and credit cards payments r declined for unknown reason, we found Internet banking has good success rate. You may give a try.

I don't know if corrections allowed post submission. Email RCI and check if they have an option.

Please refer to the status of application. Is it shows payment not received, it won't move to next step. Make payment and complete it.

The Application status can be checked after logging in and from others have heard takes around 3 months.

I don't think we can make any changes after submitting application. Pls talk to RCI helpline.

When the status says completed, it will also show you what stage it is in. Talk to RCI via their helpline
