Nothing to worry.
Polyp size is small, so repeat the scan after 2 years to check for any increase in size (over 2mm) and numbers.
Any increase in size will need the gb to be removed.

Not necessarily, but certain hereditary diseases can lead to cirrhosis.
Haemochromatosis and alpha-1 anti-trypsin deficiency are examples.
Have a check up with your physician by doing a scan and an LFT, just to be safe.

Hi sir my dietitian has advices me to avoid consuming more fibre , since I have NAFLD , however u advices to take more veggies and fruits for individual with NAFLD , give your valuable advice sir.

The advice given by our dietician is incorrect ad is not backed by evidence or proven by research.
High fibre diet reduces the risk of NAFLD and helps in it's reversal.
Do take care of your health & diet.
