Looks like the second '8' on the side of the cab on CSX SD40-2 8138 (seen at Blue Island, IL) is upside down. That's 'quality control' for you.

Please consider adding Carbondale Illlnois to your roster. Mainline of MidAmerica . Good railroad town. Former Illinois Central hub, current Amtrak stub for the Saluki and Illini plus City of New Orleans. They are building a multimodal complex maybe be a good place to mount cameras.

Those are some great full-size Shadows across the side of the building. That ADM covered Hopper was probably about the end of the blue car series before they shifted to yellow and or gray paint. Also 1982 a big recession year you'll find very few new covered Hoppers built

Indiana Harbor Belt GP40 4014 at 14:12. It’s not Union Pacific Big Boy 4014 but it has the same number.
