It's really hard to understand David because you may still be building on a false foundation. It takes so much time to really get to your core because it's so painful and miserable. I went pretty surface deep into myself and thought I had it figured out... I really didn't. The more you follow this journey of putting yourself in uncomfortable situations the more you find... If your willing to look. Once you get to the deepest pit of your mind, working becomes so much easier, putting yourself into hardship starts to become the default because what you are terrifies your whole being, so growth becomes the only way out. David's philosophy is dark but it really works. Good luck on self improvement everybody :)

@@ghost0861 search your past for lessons and meaning, make sense of it. The core is your past; your past made you who you are; so to get to your core you have to learn the unconscious lessons within your mind, bring them to life no matter how painful. It's your lowest form, it's quite literally hell on earth. It will bring a great but temporary misery at first, then bliss. You must repeat this cycle until there's nothing left. Remain vigilant of the lessons right in front of you otherwise they fester and grow and in the future you will need to go back and repeat the cycle. Something always goes over your head so this is a cycle you will adhere to for the rest of your life. Greatness lies behind the adversity never forget that, it makes the pain worth it. I have faith that it becomes easier with time.
@@ghost0861 face the dragons in your life. Confront any abuse or malevolence that stops you from reaching your highest form. Explore your life, what lies right Infront of you that you can conquer? Master you current situation and move on. Don't create other problems to act as a distraction from what your intuition tells you to overcome. This path will strengthen your internal compass, your understanding will increase and will grow to vast heights as long as you don't give in, as long as you get up after you fall. Re-evaluate, learn and conquer. Accept your shortcomings and insecurities, understand where they come from and your mind will find a way to overcome, as long as you don't run from it.

@@ghost0861no music, no tv , no technology . Be alone , and by alone I mean just yourself . Sit with your thoughts. Do things that suck that are good for you. Stop complaining or comparing your life to others. Block out the noise from people , learn to listen to your inner voice and over time it grows stronger. All the answers you’re looking for , you can find within yourself if you’re willing to look for them

Getting in my deepest thoughts and seeing the real me is who I was when I was a kid...your goden , your innocent. As you get older life has broke you or made you. Everyone in different ways. We live different lives. Thank God I learned to let go move on. And all I want is peace. There is nothing wrong with that. And I'm very thankful and greatful for for what I have. I'm not racing or competing with noone in life not even myself. But in a competitive world depending on the type of success you want there are many obstacles and you have to be willing to go through it. And your ganna have choices to make. Make good choices. I feel blessed to be alive right now writing this. And what ever anyone is going through God bless you and good luck. And after your journey and your where you want to be in life I hope you have peace as well. It's never too late to do better for yourself.

never listen to anything , I made this mistake
started working with music , did not work well ( you will depend on it to do the same or tougher job )
