All 3 of them trade guitars and sing. All equally talented with no hint of big egos. Beautiful souls making beautiful music ❤
They are all guitar players , they have to be a unit . It’s a band they do what they need to do.
They all play the bass, the drummer(Glenn Chambers) was a bass player in a rival busking band, and Ren was the drummer before Glenn was persuaded to join.
Love this one so much! They all seem to take turns with guitar/bass/vocals. But Gorran does do bass quite a bit.

My sentiments exactly! They are indeed a band of brothers first, each one a multi instrumentalist, and technically without a “ Frontman “ because they are all able to, and often do, step into the role effortlessly, making their talents exponentially greater. We see Ren doing some directing but it’s to shine a light on his fellow band mates. The smile on his face when he takes the step back when Gorran takes lead vocals and also when he opens up the space for Romain to shine in his solo … THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT MAKES THEM SO DAMN GREAT. MUSIC AND BROTHERHOOD…
It is amazing how many douls run through Ren. Music from every genre and every generation runs through him.

I liked this before I even watched because it’s one of my favorites and so overlooked. They’re all fantastic, but soul just oozes out of that man, along with all the rest of his talent! Not to mention…that bass! 🔥❤️

Yay! You made it to this one! Isn't it incredible??? This is one of the videos that really sinks it home for people that this isn't just "Ren, playing with a bunch of other people" - Gorran and Romain (and probably Glen the drummer, but I don't know much about him so I don't know what to say) are serious partners in the creation of the band's music *alongside* Ren. They clearly adore each other as human beings and musicians, and find all the little corners where each of them can shine in any given performance, it seems.
And not to fear, my friend, there is PLENTY of Big Push left out there - busking as well as originals.

Dude if you get around to it and are interested some reacts to Gorran Kendall would be cool. He is the other singer in the video and does bass and acoustic in other The Big Push songs. He has a late 60’s rock vibe that is legit. He’d probably have been a superstar back then. Also check out Swan Song by The Big Push, it’s uniquely cool.
